My grandmother and I reading a wonderful letter from my other grandmother that could not make it
Cute bibs and socks.
We got so many wonderful things from everyone. I am pretty confident that we can have this baby now.
Lars' co-worker and friend made us this quilt and all the cupcakes (salted caramel and red velvet) for the shower.
One of my mom's closest friends volunteered to make all of my bedding, curtains and diaper hanger. The room looks so nice and bright now.
My aunt got us our mobile for the crib
The wonderful food that Heather put together plus the mini cupcakes that Laura made
We really love our nursery and I have been working hard to organize it. I'm really pretty terrible at this and it normally overwhelms me, just like packing up a house or even packing a suitcase for vacation, so Lars has been a big help by going through things with me and helping me decide which drawer things should go in :). That seems like a simple task but I get freaked out that I am going to make a bad decision and mess everything up. Obviously, if something does not work I will be able to change it but that does not stop the panic.
I'm starting to feel nice and big (34 weeks) and getting a little uncomfortable. Our doctor says that he has already flipped into position which is exciting except that now he has a foot in my ribs most of the time. I will post a new belly picture in the next few days
